“I urge you to please notice when you are happy, and exclaim or murmur or think at some point, ‘If this isn’t nice, I don’t know what is.’” -Kurt Vonnegut

I am a therapist for the weirdos and misfits, those who feel they don’t quite belong. Weird is a good word around here! I work with folks of all genders to explore identity, stories, and what it all means. I’m a therapist for artists and artisans, creatives, and highly sensitive people. I work alongside you to uncover the things that hold us back, keep us stuck, and to tap into the good enoughness that is inherent to all of us.

Together, we’ll explore the foundation for self-empowerment, engaging with joy, and creating new relationships with ourselves, our loved ones, and the world. You’ll get support as you live big, choose joy, and discover your own landscape of self and pleasure. You’re not broken or alone. You are human and together we can uncover what humanness means for you.

In our work together, you get to do some deep thinking and ask big questions. Where am I going? What the hell am I doing? How do I do this thing called life?!

I work with individuals, couples, those in the LGBTQIA+ community, polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous folks, and those who are wanting to explore who they are in this world. I work with depression, anxiety, perfectionism, trauma work, body neutrality, and issues around sex, gender, and identity.

I am a warm, inviting, deeply compassionate therapist who can join you on your journey through life, as scary, incredible, and imperfect as it can be. I identify as fat, queer, and very happy to be here. Whatever you’re facing, I would be honored to journey with you through the ups, downs, and in-betweens of self-discovery.
